ABOUT PREPWORKS

We're operators first. Software builders second.

PrepWorks was built by people who ran prep operations themselves — and got tired of glued-together spreadsheets and late-night reconciliation marathons.

THE STORY

We were the customer before we built it.

It started in our warehouses. Two brothers, both deep in e-commerce operations. One handling the floor — receiving pallets, training teams, shipping to FBA. One handling the systems — building tools, fixing processes, watching the numbers.

We tried every prep center software on the market. They were either built by engineers who'd never set foot in a warehouse, or by warehouse owners who'd never built software. Nothing fit how prep actually worked.

So we built PrepWorks. The system we wished existed. Designed for the chaos of real prep operations. Built to bill correctly the first time. Made for sellers who deserve transparency, not weekly Slack updates.

We're still operators. PrepWorks just happens to be the software we wished we'd had from day one.

THE FOUNDERS

Two brothers. One mission.

Rajab K.

Rajab K.

TECHNICAL FOUNDER

Rajab builds operational software for e-commerce and investment firms. For the past two years, he's architected internal systems that manage millions of dollars in transactions, inventory, and operations across complex multi-account business structures.

Before PrepWorks, Rajab spent his time turning messy operational workflows into systems that just work. He believes the best software disappears — operators shouldn't think about it; it should think for them.

PrepWorks happened because he watched his brother run prep operations on five different tools that didn't talk to each other. He decided to build the one tool they actually needed.

G. M.

G. M.

FOUNDER

Operator first. Drove $45M+ in US marketplace sales in 2025. Built and optimized warehouse operations for multiple e-commerce agencies.

He's been on the warehouse floor at 6am stress-testing new processes. He's been on phone calls at 11pm walking a new client through their first shipment. He's seen exactly where prep centers break — because he's been the one fixing them.

PrepWorks reflects what he wishes every prep center had on day one: real-time visibility, transparent billing, and clients who trust the operation because they can see it themselves.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Operating principles.

01

Operators always know first.

When something changes — a feature ships, a bug breaks something, an outage happens — operators hear from us before they hear from their clients. Always.

02

Transparency over polish.

Real prep operations aren't pretty. PrepWorks doesn't try to hide that. We show photos. We show timestamps. We show who did what. That's the product.

03

Ship the boring infrastructure first.

We could build flashy AI dashboards. Instead we built multi-warehouse support, audit trails, and damage reports. The unglamorous stuff that actually runs your business.

04

Pay for results, not promises.

Our 30-day trial isn't marketing. We mean it. If PrepWorks doesn't save you hours every week, don't pay. We'd rather lose a customer than keep one who isn't winning.

We answer our own emails and pick up our own phone. Promise.
